Whilst BSH attempts to cover as many gigs, festivals and albums as possible, to make the site even more comprehensive we need more 'boots on the ground' to cover the albums seeking review - a large percentage of which never get heard - report on gigs or just to air your views on anything jazz related. The London PR Agency  sent me the results of a survey to find the favourite Autumn song.
Here are the results:

I think from my own list I'd pick Stan Getz playing 'Tis Autumn or vocal wise George Evans singing the same tune with Geraldo!

What about "Autumn Nocturne" by Joseph Myrow? Lovely tune from the '40's, a bit hard to sing because of the intervals, and not often recorded. There is a beautiful, although hard to find, version by Dorothy Carless with, I think, Enzo Pini's Orch.,. It was on Youtube but seems to have disappeared.
