This is a good opportunity to say thanks to BSH for their support of the jazz scene in the North East (and beyond) - it's no exaggeration to say that if it wasn't for them many, many fine musicians, bands and projects across a huge cross section of jazz wouldn't be getting reviewed at all, because we're in the "desolate"(!) Whilst BSH attempts to cover as many gigs, festivals and albums as possible, to make the site even more comprehensive we need more 'boots on the ground' to cover the albums seeking review - a large percentage of which never get heard - report on gigs or just to air your views on anything jazz related. Hot Club du Nord news

Normally at this time of year we would be playing a series of festive gigs around the North East. Although this isn't possible in  2020 we're delighted to say that we will be livestreaming from The Lubetkin Theatre on Thursday December 10 from 7.30-8.30pm

You can access the livestream show by visiting our website and following the link to our YouTube Channel.

You won't need to pre-purchase a ticket but you will be able to donate a 'pay what you feel' amount before, during or after the show using the Paypal button on our website.

All donations will go to the band members and to The Lubetkin Theatre who are kindly hosting our festive livestream. 

We're really looking forward to getting together for some festive Gypsy Jazz and do hope you can join us!

Bring your mince pies and mulled wine and we'll bring ours!
