Bebop Spoken There

Paul Edis: "One of the regulars at The Gala today called me a 'turncoat' and another a 'deserter' - that's a very northern way of displaying affection in response to the news that I'm leaving the area. 'They're vicious down there mind you'. " - (Twitter January24, 2020)

Ron Francis Blake - Assimilation

Sackcloth and ashes! This one arrived July/August 2017 and, somehow or other, got swept under the carpet. In my defence, I was also coping with invalidity problems which meant that looking under the carpet was a physical impossibility. Had I done so 3 or 4 days ago this would certainly have been high on my CDs of 2017 list. As it is, it will be a front-runner in the January 2018 stakes.
Don't take my word for it, read what The Republic of Jazz had to say.
