New Sunniside Venue for Maine Street Jazzmen.

Those popular tradsters the Maine Street Jazzmen who recently retreated from their western outpost at the Marquis of Granby are back in the vicinity this time at the more centrally situated Potters Wheel, Sunniside, NE16 5EE.
Situated at the junction of the A692 and A6706, older readers will remember "The Potters" as the former Blue Parrot night club - arguably the first out of town night club in the north east.
The Maine Street Jazzmen, with Olive Rudd on vocals, have their first weekly session there next Thursday (March 13) stomping off at 8.30pm. Admission is free.
If you can, get along and give them your support and remember,
YOU READ IT HERE FIRST!
Lance.
