That looks like Harry Blakey on banjo - he also played with Mike's West Jesmond Rhythm Kings at one time.
The very man! Thanks Patti, I sold him many a banjo string - well, er, maybe two. Big mate of Dickie Blackwood - trumpet player with the Heritage Hall Stompers.
