It's raining, I'm full of cold and feeling sad.
Why?
I'm going to miss Emma Fisk and Hot Club du Nord at the Jazz Café tonight. I've been looking forward to this gig all week and the fates have decreed it is not to be.
Hopefully, there will be someone there to write about it and take pics because, an Emma gig is always deserving of being remembered for posterity - like, you know, "I was there that night".
Gig stomps off at 9pm so you've got time - and please give my fave fiddler mes excuses pour ce soir.

Fraid we can't make it tonight either; off to Lincoln eaaarrrly to look around the Uni with no. 2 son.
We try to see them whenever we can but I know it'll be well supported anyway.
Sorry you couldn't make it Lance and hope you are feeling better soon! We did have a lovely night at the Jazz Cafe.
