This is a good opportunity to say thanks to BSH for their support of the jazz scene in the North East (and beyond) - it's no exaggeration to say that if it wasn't for them many, many fine musicians, bands and projects across a huge cross section of jazz wouldn't be getting reviewed at all, because we're in the "desolate"(!) The Jazz Cavern remembers Jim McNeely

Below is information of my weekly radio show- THE JAZZ CAVERN on www.purejazzradio.com

My next show will be broadcast starting Monday, 6 October. A tribute the the late composer/arranger and pianist, Jim McNeely(1949-2025) and will include several of his pieces for The Vanguard Jazz Orchestra, The Stockholm Jazz Orchestra and The Danish Radio Big Band. As well as his fine piano playing.
