Jazz Voice – Live Stream Announced - Taking the event to new and fresh audiences across the globe

Serious are delighted to announce that Jazz Voice, the EFG London Jazz Festival’s signature opening night gala concert, will be live-streamed for the first time across YouTube and Facebook Live.

‘It would be difficult to imagine a more impressive curtain-raiser to the EFG London Jazz Festival than Jazz Voice – the vocal extravaganza features a typically adventurous mix of singers from the worlds of jazz, pop and soul.’ (the arts desk).

This year, in a ground-breaking partnership with The Space, the organisation working to help reach new audiences through digital technologies which is supported by the BBC and Arts Council England, Jazz Voice will be streamed on the two global social platforms, starting at 8.30pm on Friday 10 November.

 There will also be a short 5-7 minute interval during the stream, which will feature additional behind-the-scenes content on the music and the artists that Serious works with year-round.

A star-studded line up of vocalists including Seal, Liane Carroll, Mica Paris, Miles Mosley, Tony Momrelle and Vanessa Haynes – in collaboration with Guy Barker's 42-piece orchestra and host Jumoké Fashola will open the Festival in their typical spectacular style.
