Jazz Clubs World Wide

Peter Maguire's brilliant and well intentioned site is one worth supporting - particularly if you travel a lot. However, I found the north east section to be hopelessly out of date. Some venues have closed, some of the buildings have been demolished, in short it needs updating.

Only you can do it!

If your pub/club/theatre/whatever wants to pull in, not only the locals, but the tourist/passing trade then you need to update your entry and, if no longer active, please inform Peter.

After all, if you went to Beach Road in South Shields looking for The Cellar Club you may be a tad disappointed although perhaps not as much as if you'd traveled to Azerbaijan and found the Caspian Club closed (hopefully it isn't).

So really, whilst this is in particular an appeal to north-easteners to update their info, it's in fact a message to the world.
