April 2005 Stan a special friend of the Bacon Family put on his first jazz sessions at Trinity using the River Band led by Liz and Paul Bacon; of the Mississippi Dreamboats. It was recorded live and sponsered by Stan. All proceeds from the CD and the next 6sessions we did there were used towards funding the new beautiful community center the Church now has. Stan encouraged our two children Tom and Emily every week at our local pub and they have now gone on into there own Music/Jazz scene. We had the the honour to play at his last birthday party at Trinity. Stan was truly a great man with a wonderful personality and had a strong faith in God that will take him on into eternity. "R.I.P.
