The Bright Street Big Band, bolstered by trombonists Don Fairley and Neville Hartley and trumpeter Miles Watson, were well received by a large crowd basking in the sun and the unique sound of the Band who played an assortment of Basie, Ellington and Miller numbers in their inimitable style.
