Regarding the article Tom Sawyer in Tenerife. We were there (Puerto de la Cruz) last year, for a month, and visited the venue twice. It is called The Bambi Hotel" and has a very smart auditorium with a balcony as well. Waiters are on hand to serve the drinks and the T/D makes her announcements in Spanish, English and German. My opinion of the music was that it was OK. What was also interesting about the evening was the elegance of the audience. The ladies especially being dressed immaculately and the men very smart. No casual clothes there.
