Tonight.

The ZOE GILBY QUARTET are tonight's attraction, along with some fine dining, at Jesmond's Cherry Tree Restaurant. The vocal fireworks will be set off circa 7:45 pm. If your tastes run to classy modern jazz vocal sounds and cuisine to sell your granny for then ring 0191 2399924 to book.
If, on the other hand, you prefer a band with a banjo then the VIEUX CARRE JAZZMEN are down the road apiece at the Corner House in Heaton. 8:45 pm is stomping off time.
If instead you decide to stay in with a can of Speckled Hen (5.2%) then BBC 4 show The World of Nat 'King' Cole at 7:00 pm and a Tony Bennett Concert at 10:30 pm.
